Delivery Information
See the below information regarding our deliveries.
We are able to offer direct deliveries to our customers, however, the following must be met:
- Someone must be there to receive the delivery on the specified date.
- As our deliveries are sent out by couriers, they will only pallet truck the products on a flat, even and hard surface.
- They will leave the goods kerbside only or at as practical a place as surroundings permit.
- Please advise us when placing your order if access is restricted. Generally, an 18 ton Lorry with a tail lift is used (similar to the size of a Fire Engine), however, if your access is restricted we can arrange a smaller vehicle.
- It is your responsibility to advise us prior to the specified delivery date of any delivery or parking restrictions, eg: width restrictions, weight limits, red routes etc. and you also accept and parking tickets/charges that are incurred as a result of such restrictions.
- It is your responsibility to report any damages, breakages or losses to the products as they arrive.
- If for any reason the delivery cannot be made by the courier, due to no-one being there to receive it or due to any parking or unloading restrictions, you will be charged for any re-delivery costs associated with this along with any original delivery costs, which also includes any costs incurred for any goods being returned to us or another address.
Delivery Prices & Conditions
Chargeable deliver prices are calculated on the total weight of any order supplied based on the following criteria:
Orders from 1 tile to 1 or more pallets including VAT.
Split deliveries will incur a delivery charge for each individual delivery.
Delivery Times
All orders are processed during normal working hours Monday – Friday between 9 am and 5 pm.
Once processed deliveries are within 2-3 working days, between the hours of 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
Orders will only be dispatched from our warehouse Monday to Friday (not including Bank Holidays).

Palletized and delivered to kerbside only
31-1000 Kilo (up to 1 pallet) £ 65.00
1001-3000 Kilo (from 1 to 3 pallets) £ 130.00
3000 + kilo (3 pallets plus) £ 195.00

Damages
All goods are delivered by an external transport company, therefore we request that you examine your delivery thoroughly before signing any paperwork to accept the goods.
Whilst it is seldom that goods arrive damaged, it is important that when signing for goods that you check the outside of the pallet for any damage caused to it, or to the goods, and if damaged, sign the paperwork ‘DAMAGED’.
Example – if you notice a broken tile then sign it ‘DAMAGED’.
If however the goods are badly damaged then you should REFUSE the delivery and notify us immediately.
Every effort is made by us to reduce the possibility of damages, we bind our tiles to the pallets and then shrink wrap.
Further to this, we do ask that you check the goods fully, as soon as possible, and notify us of any damages, shortages or incorrect goods supplied, within 2 working days.
